Obama is Making Plans for the Former Uniited States

I read this at Freedom Outpost you can go HERE to read more. I wanted to post it here because I think people need to see this. It talks about 8 of Saul Alinskys "Rules For Radicals" and how and why they are being implemented today. You can go here to read the second part of this post HERE .
This is a little long but well worth the read.

The "former" United States and Obama all in one title? What is going on here? Have we seen something very few others have seen? Have we found something others have over looked? Have we discovered the real plan of Obama's ideology based upon his "radical" ideas? Have we asked the question thousands of other so-called reporters have just refused to ask or even consider? What do we mean here? How can we make such a statement about the President? How could we even state, "former" United States? Follow this article and the following article closely, and at the end we will show you Obama's plans as they have been laid out for him and all Socialists, Marxists and Communists that wish to ruin the United States once and for all.
We can make this claim for several reasons; some based upon an individual, an individual who Obama studied and not just Karl Marx. Let us begin this by showing what Obama's plan is. We'll also show what and how this compares to certain individuals that Obama studied, following their ideologies that are designed to undermine both the United States and our Constitution; the law of the land.
See if the following ideas apply to what Obama is now doing. It should become evident after reading the very first rule below.

1. Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people
Barack Obama is doing just what this idea states! But how could this be a fact, how could this be true that Obama was following a plan that was neither his nor that was something new? We will continue with this with just 8 of these ideas and at the end
we will show where these ideas really came from and most will be surprised that Obama is just rehashing old ideas!

2. Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
We can see that this rule or idea is being used the most by Obama and his administration simply due to the large amount of people now in poverty in the United States. Has anyone wondered why our nation now has almost as many people in poverty than we have working? It is just a part of a huge plan; one that Obama is working on each and every day to bring about his idea of change; one that destroys the United States and brings forth a new nation that is more of a police state rather than a free state!

3. Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
We can see proof that has never been shown by any so-called reporters! The most incredible part about this one rule that Obama is using is that all the politicians are walking right along with Obama driving up the nation's debt until it becomes so bad that it actually becomes just what this rule has laid out to the tee. This is shown by the increasing taxes through the health care act that was used through the first rule. You should read this rule again just to understand that the entire idea here is to drive the poverty level up so that government can control the people it wants to control. These are the very same politicians who are saying they are helping!

4. Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
Obama is not out to accomplish anything good with his gun control agenda. His agenda is not the action of stopping murders, it is just what this rule states here and nothing else. Has anyone ever wondered why Obama said he respected the Second Amendment until after the election where he then said we need tighter gun control laws, and just in the last few months Obama had his Secretary of State, John Kerry, sign the United Nations Small Arms Treaty which is an action that would allow for each and every gun owner to register their guns, and after a period of time, come by and confiscate them.

5. Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
Here we find that more people are on Welfare than at any other time in our history. Obama has already accomplished this through the use of the Affordable Care Act and the Fair Housing Act he supported while he was in the organization of ACORN. When Obama worked with ACORN, he also worked with the attorneys that produced the act, which caused the first housing bubble, forcing the banks to "qualify" people for homes even though they could not afford it.

6. Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
This is being done right under every parent's nose with the "common core" standards curriculum.

7. Religion – Remove belief in God from the Government and schools
Our nation is at this very moment going through this process and this idea is being pushed forward by those
Our nation is at this very moment going through this process and this idea is being pushed forward by those who seem to be part of the movement to destroy the United States by forcing others not to acknowledge God in public.
This final rule has been brought up just recently by Barack Obama. We are willing to bet that some of those reading this know what we are talking about because these are simple ideas laid out in a more expansive writing that has 12 steps very close to what we have shown here. Take a look at the last rule here and this is the one that will make many wonder why Congress has done almost nothing to stop any of this from happening!

8. Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.
Now is this not amazing, especially in light of the rhetoric from Barack Obama and the Democrats? Obama just came out with his first speech of the year making nearly the exact same statement about the rich needing to "contribute" more to the poor. President Obama has stated many times that those with the most should pay more to help the poor. This now seems to be what he intends to do during the next year and it falls directly back to what this rule points out! Obama has communicated what is clearly nothing less than class warfare, based upon the splitting of the people, making them think that the government is helping them when it is actually working to destroy them.

These 8 rules do not come from Obama, nor do they come from any of those within his administration. However, they all believe in these rules since they all are part of the same base that these rules were designed for: Socialists.
These 8 rules are defined as they were shown in simple form from the book "Rules For Radicals" by Saul Alinsky, a man set upon the takeover of the United States by Socialists.
In the next article, we'll look at Rule 12 from Alinsky and see how it's being applied today as Obama pursues his plans for a third world America.

Kind of scary when you look at the big picture of what is going on.
One more reason to be prepared because when this comes crashing down it is going to be very ugly.

Week 4 Food Storage Challenge

6 pounds of Shortening or oil / 10 pounds dry Beans

6 pounds of Shortening, Lard, or oil Shortening has a longer shelf life then oil so you may want to consider shortening over oil you can store oil but be sure to rotate as to not have any go rancid. I store Lard since that is what I cook with I just try to make sure and rotate.

10 pounds of dry beans get what your family will eat no point in storing something that they will not eat. We eat a lot of pinto beans so that is what I try to store the most of.

Keep putting back your water. Just think of the people in VA that had the water contaminated. It would be so much easier to go through something like that if you already have some water on hand. You never know when something could happen to your water supply.

Put a little more money into your money stash. Even if it is only a few dollars as I say every little bit will help.

How are the sewing skills coming along?

Herbal Syrups

Herbal Syrups are concentrated herbal extracts that have been mixed with honey or other sweeteners to give them a thick consistency and a sweet taste . Herbal syrups make great cough syrups and sore throat soothers. They are easy are a lot cheaper to make, then the store bought ones. You can make any blend that you like, for cold, cough or what ever you need them for. This is a great way to get kids to take herbs that are strong or don’t taste very good. This is very easy to make but is a little time consuming since you have to wait for the herbs to reduce down.

Use about a cup of dried herbs to each pint of water. Put the herbs and water in a pan and bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat and let simmer until the water level is reduced to half. I usually have a line from the water and herbs on my pan where I started so I just use that line as a guide. This is your concentrate.

Let cool then strain the herbs out using a coffee filter, tea towel, or my favorite knee high stockings (new ones). I don’t like cheesecloth it doesn’t strain out the small stuff.

For each cup of liquid add ½ to 1 cup of sweetener, Honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, sugar or even glycerin. If you want a sweeter syrup use a 1 to 1 ratio ( 1 cup sweetener to 1 cup liquid) for a less sweet syrup use ½ cup sweeter to I cup liquid. Remember do not give honey to a child younger then a year old.

Pour the liquid into a pan add your sweetener warm over medium heat until thoroughly mixed If you are not using honey you can simmer for 20 to 30 minutes on a medium high heat for a thicker consistency (If you are using honey and you simmer this long you will lose the healthful enzymes in the honey.). If using honey, just warm it enough so the honey and the liquid mix together.

You can add a couple tablespoons of vodka or brandy to help preserve the syrup (this is optional) for 6 months to a year.

Pour into sterilized canning jars and store away from heat and light. Store any opened jars in the fridge. Or into dark colored glass jars in the fridge. Be sure to label what it is.

Take one to three tablespoons a day, cough syrups as often as every hour.

Stomach bug or Food poisoning

Not sure which although I kind of think stomach bug.

I spent most of the day Saturday in town running errands came home and cleaned house. Got all that done and Andy and I went to town to eat for a date night since we haven’t done that in a long while after we ate we rented a movie to take back home, since both the girls were gone. Watched that then I went to bed about 2 in the morning I woke up sick to my stomach and it just went down hill from there. The next morning we were going to get the rest of the cows from the point I ended up staying home in bed all day. Andy went to get the cows Roger and Kayla went to help.  In between being sick to my stomach I slept all day was worried I wouldn’t sleep that night but I did. Monday morning I was a little better I just sat around and didn’t get anything done. Finally today I am much better so now need to play catch up. I feel as if I am always behind, Maybe some day I will catch up have to hope.

Anyway I think I will catch up the Food Storage Challenge and just do the herb post tomorrow since I do them on Wednesdays Hopefully that will help me get a little caught up on this.

Busy Week

Have had a very busy week so I am behind on the herb and food storage challenge post will try to catch up this week end.

Last Saturday we spent all day at the point looking for cows we took the horses since that is the only way to get to some of the places the cows might be. Well I hate to admitted it but we haven’t rode since hunting so the horses were on the stupid side. First thing we had three cows that had been out and were north of us so I took Andy and Joleen and their horses up to where the cows were and drooped them off and went back to the house. They got the cows gathered up and were headed back when Joleens horse which is only 4 & ½ and still a little green, got spooked and reared back she didn’t have time to grab hold or anything so off she came landed on her back. She did manage to get back on and hobble to the house where she spent the rest of the day with a ice pack on her back.( I think it wounded her pride more than any thing) In the mean time I get on my horse and head towards them when my horse has extra stupid I get faster then a trot and she wants to just go where she wants to go (and I have to admit I am not as young as I use to be the ground is a lot closer and a lot harder then when I was young so I don’t get as western with her as I should) I did get her somewhat lined out about the time Andy and Joleen are headed back. Roger ( Andy’s Brother) and Kayla were there helping us. After we left Joleen we went and tried to get those three and decided to wait and get them with the 4 wheeler. We rode on down into the canyon and a cross never did see the cows saw some tracks. After about 4 hours we headed to the house and ate lunch. After lunch we tried to get the few that were hanging out by the house after a whole lot of stupid from the cows we started running out of daylight we decide to go back next weekend and hopefully the cows on the other side of the canyon will see our track and come on over on their own.

Sunday we had to move cows from a lease pasture to home this went a whole lot smother, we had them in a couple hours.

I did get a lot done this week 50 pounds of potatoes dried. Two boxes of oranges,1 box of Grapefruit and a half box of lemons juiced and canned. I am drying the peels to make orange oil and to use in my homemade cleaners.
Ended up with 30 pints of Orange juice( I added the grapefruit and a few tangerines to it) and 9 pints of lemon juice. Cooked some hams’ and canned some of them got 18 pints.

Andy was able to take the dirt bike out to the point Wednesday and get a load of cows to bring home I think our cows savey dirt bike and four wheeler a whole lot better then horses.

Thursday I had a doctors appt. In Durango left a little early and was able to meet my cousin for lunch whom I’ve not seen in about 15 years so that was real nice.

So this weekend we will try to go and get more cows. I will also try to catch up on those two post.

Week 2 Food Storage Challenge

50 pounds Wheat or flour/ Canned milk

Wheat will store longer then flour will, but if you don't use wheat or don't have a grinder there is no point in storing wheat. If you live in a cold climate you can store the wheat or flour in buckets out in a shed where they will stay frozen all winter this will kill all the little critters that are in them. I also like to add some spearmint gum with the flour ( someone told me years ago that that will help keep out the bugs). If you live in a warmer climate you will need to store in airtight containers and use oxygen absorbers in them to kill all the critters. I like to buy my flour and wheat in the fall so that it will sit in the cold all winter long. I have flour from 08 that is still good.

Canned milk you can buy this or can your own or a little of both, go Here to see how to can your own milk.

Add a little more to your money stash.

Keep putting up water you can't have to much water.

How is the sewing coming along? And are you finding some alternatives to lighting?

Have a great week and remember if you see something on sale that you use a lot of try to pick up some extra for your storage and to use.

Herbal Teas

Herbal teas are one of the easiest and the most popular way to use herbs. Teas have the gentlest and slowest effects on the body and are usually the best way to treat infants and children under three.

You can grow, harvest from the wild, or buy your herbs. If you buy them it is cheaper to buy in bulk, if you are going to be using a lot. I am always on the lookout for plants that I can use when we are out in the wild, in addition to growing a lot of my own. You can use them dried or fresh, if you buy your herbs, if at all possible make sure they are organic, as organic will not have pesticides on or in the plants. When harvesting from the wild do not gather close to the road. Always rinse fresh herbs before making tea, lay on a towel to absorb the extra moisture after rinsing.

Almost any edible plant can be used to make tea, the leaves, stems, flowers and seed pods. As we go along we will learn what herbs are best for what aliments. Teas are not as potent as other herbal remedies such as tinctures and capsules, they are good for long term and chronic conditions.

You can use a combination of several herbs to make your teas or just one. I use a combination of peppermint spearmint and Mormon tea that I grow and harvest myself, to make a iced tea that I drink during the day.

Herbal teas can be drank hot, iced, or at room temperature. If you are wanting more then a cup during the day you can brew a picture of tea and keep in the fridge, it will keep several days when stored in the fridge. Some herbs make a bitter tea you can use these in a combination of other herbs or add a little honey to take the bitter taste away.

Always use a nonmetallic pot to brew your tea in ( you can boil the water in a metal pan or kettle.) before being poured into the brewing vessel. Do not use a metallic tea ball for brewing medicinal herbs as the metals can leach out and cause unknown reactions with the herbs. The pot needs to have a tight fitting lid. Place the recommended amount of herbs in the pot and pour boiling water over herbs allow to stand five to ten minutes with the lid on strain then drink.

Usually an ounce ( about 3 teaspoons)of dried herbs to 1 to ½ cups of water or 4 to 8 tablespoons per quart, if using fresh herbs double the amount of herbs. You can also place the herbs in a pan of cold water and slowly bring to a boil as soon as it boils take off the heat strain and drink. This method is especially good for roots seeds and barks. If you want a stronger tea let sit after you take off the heat for a few hours or overnight. Teas can ferment after a few days even in the fridge, so if you tea has bubbles ,an odd odor or odd taste throw it away .

Cold and Flu Tinctures

I made  a tincture out of my cold and flu recipe since I have a hard time getting Katie to take pills this works so much easier all she has to do is put it in her juice and drink it. Tincture are so easy to make, you can go Here to learn more.

Cold and Flu Tincture
I used fresh Garlic and fresh Ginger root. The thyme Mint and Cayenne were all dried. I used Vodka for the alcohol.

I started with 2/3 cup Cayenne peppers these are some I grew but you can use store bought powder if you do use 1/2 cup powder.

then I added 1/2 cup Thyme

1/2 Cup Mint

1 cup of fresh Garlic and 1 cup of Fresh Ginger

Put all this in the Blender ( If you don't have a food processor or blender just chop every thing real small).

Add just enough Vodka to cover all the material. Blend till well blended. This helps break up all the material so it will absorb into the alcohol better.

Pour into a quart jar and fill with vodka.

Cover label and put in a cool dark place for at least 4 to 6 weeks. Then strain and put the liquid in  a dark glass bottle .If stored in a cool dark place it will last several years.

Standered Dosage is 1 to 2 drops per 5 pounds of body weight. You can measure that out into a measureing spoon, to make it easier then the next time you need to use it  you can use the measuring spoon and not need to mess with trying to get the correct number of drops.

This Weeks Goals and Menu

I am so excited we ordered our green house the other day it should be here in a week. All ready making plans of all I am going to grow in it.

This past week I was able to put up 150 pounds of potatoes I froze some mashed potatoes and dried the rest. Still have a lot to do.

I got 50 pounds of onions dried and some in the freezer.

Started my diet and exercising. (hope I stick to it).

I would really like to say I started on my book work but about all I got done on that was gathered up some papers. I hate when I am so far behind on it and need to hurry and catch it up ( I hate taxes).

We got a steer to the butcher.

So I guess this next week I need to work on potatoes, onions and the lemons and oranges. Start on bookwork and continue on the diet and exercising.

Food Storage Challenge week 1

I am starting a new food storage challenge it will be a little different then last years. So if you don't have your food storage yet, or only have some, come and join us. I will cover all areas of preparedness and will try to make it more affordable with a lot of make your own, and some tips on how to save money on your food storage .

Every week I will have two items. Try to at least get the first one the amounts are for two people so if you have more you will need to double or triple the amount. The second item will add some variety to your storage. The second item will not normally have and amount just get what you think your family would use in a year ( A good way to figure that is to think about how much you use in a week and times that by 52 or how much you use in a month and times that by 12)

Every Month I will have and item that if you can you should get.
There will also be an action item every month that you need to try and do.

This months item is a wheat grinder you can find a nice hand grinder for not to much I think I paid about 70 dollars for mine.

The action item this month is alternate light sources.
Obviously, lots of candles would be extremely useful. You can often find used ones for free or next to free at yard sales. If you have bees you can make your own .Save the wax from old candles and broken crayons to make new candles from.
Oil lamps are great to have too. I’ve been picking these up at yard sales for really cheap as well. The larger, outdoor style oil lanterns would be handy as well as the more decorative indoor lamps.  Lamp oil is expensive; kerosene is cheaper and works just as well, although it may produce a little smoke. I’ve also read that you can burn olive oil in lamps… something I want to experiment with.
We plan on picking up some solar flashlights on top of these other things.

They have battery powered lanterns now that are real nice. If you plan to use flashlights or any battery power item make sure to have lots of batteries on hand maybe even a solar battery charger.
Use your daylight wisely. Go to bed soon after the sun goes down, and rise with the dawn. This way you won’t use up your resources “burning the midnight oil”.
Keep a supply of lamp and candle wicks, oil, and matches on hand.

Something new this year is I am going to add a skills challenge. Try to learn a new skill or at least read up on how to do it.These will be things that will come in handy during hard time and they are also things you can use now.

This months skill is to learn to sew at least be able to do some mending. If you know someone who sews I am sure they would love to teach you. once you learn the basics it is easier to move on to other things. When my kids were young I made a lot of their clothes to save money.

This weeks Food Storage Challenge is

1 10 Lbs Pasta /  Dry Soup & Crackers

10 pounds pasta what ever you use the most of.
Dry soups & crackers Dry soups are easy to make with you if you need to be away from home for a while. You can make your own dry soup packs which I will cover a little later on. You can make your own crackers go here to see how When you store crackers be sure to keep them in a cool place. If they get to warm they will taste like the package. Also be sure to rotate.

Every week you need to also put back water you can fill empty containers with water (Do not use milk jugs they do not last long and it is hard to get them clean enough) Juice containers work great.

Every week you need to try and put back a few dollars just what ever you can afford ever little bit will help.

Have a great week.

Herbal Tinctures what are they and how do you use them.

I am starting a new weekly series on herbs How to use them and what they are good for I will start out with the different ways to prepare them. This week is tinctures.

A tincture is made by steeping fresh or dried herbs in food grade alcohol ( Vodka or Brandy) for several weeks then straining it. Also called an extract ( the same way vanilla extract is made) Alcohol tinctures are the most common and the easiest to make. The alcohol acts as preservative giving tinctures a self life of at least ten years if stored away from heat and light. You can make your own or you can buy them from a health food store. Although it can be very expensive to buy them. They are very easy to make your self and a lot cheaper especially when you use herbs you have grown your self.

If you have a problem with the alcohol or you want to give it to children you can make them with Glycerin. You can even make them with pure cider vinegar which is good if you will be using it for daily long term use. The only ones I have made are with alcohol

The advantages of tinctures are that they are concentrated easy to take, rapidly absorbed, easy on the stomach, and they have a very long shelf life unlike dried herbs. And they take up a lot less space then dried herbs and are easier to use and more convenient no boiling teas or making capsules .

Tinctures are very easy to make

You need 80 to 100 proof vodka or brandy

A pint sized ( or larger ) glass jar. I like to use quart jars for tinctures that I am going to be using a lot.

Herbs of choice

Cheese cloth or a fine mesh strainer. I like to get Knee highs that are in the little balls for 33 cents then I will cut each in half and I have 4 (just tie a knot in the cut end) Way cheaper then cheese cloth and it is fine enough that it catches all the small stuff.

Dark Bottles

labels

Fill the jar about 2/3 to ¾ full of fresh herbs when using dried use about half that. Then fill your jar with vodka or brandy. Make sure all the herbs are covered with alcohol Cover and label then store in a cool dark place for at least four to six weeks I like to let mine sit at least 6 weeks. Shake them up every few days for the first few weeks. It doesn’t hurt for them to sit longer I have a couple that have been sitting for a couple years. Just strain and put into dark glass bottles (be sure to label) when ready to use.

The standard dosage is 1 to 2 drops per 5 pounds of body weight placed in a cup of water of juice. You might want to measure that out into a measuring spoon so it is easier to use when you are using it all the time.

The frequency of use will depend on the illness for acute illness such as colds take smaller doses more frequently sometimes as often as ten times a day. For daily use or long term illness take the standered dose 2 to 4 times a day for as long as needed. As with any medications use common sense when using them if you are allergic to something in the tincture do not use.

For children, pregnant women, or those not wanting to consume alcohol, it can be poured in to a hot liquid like tea to evaporate the alcohol before consuming.

I make a tincture with my cold/flu recipe. Katie hates taking capsules but she will put this in what ever she is drinking so at least I can get her to take it. I will post that on Friday.

2014 Homesteading Goals

I can not believe another year has come and gone where does the time go.

I was looking over last Last years Goals to see how much we actually got done. Not near as much as I would have liked but did accomplish some.

Things we did get done.
Got the garden moved to the house we did  keep the garden at the hay barn so glad we did the garden at the house got hailed on and ruined a lot of it. So I like the idea of having to different gardens just in case something happens to one of them.
Got the compost put together.
Only got about half of the milk shed  done we ended up having 3 calves on the milk cow so we were not able to milk hopefully this year.
We did get the bees we have two hives and so far so good just hope they winter over.
Did get the bottom part of the yard and the drive way done.
I did more added to the herb garden.
We put a new outside door on the mud room which has helped a lot in keeping out the wind and cold.
The kitchen is all most finished seems it is always the last thing to get worked on always something a little more important to get done hopefully we can finish it this winter.
We didn't get the windmill put together but we did find two more just like the one we have to use for parts that has been part of the problem not being able to find parts.
Wasn't able to get the work done on the chicken coop that I had wanted to do maybe this year.
The bathroom we didn't get done but we did trade a beef to my brother to completely redo the bath room, new tub and all can't wait for that to happen.

Got most of the personal goals done except for the getting in shape I have such a hard time tyring to fit in exercising although I don't make it a priority like I should.
As far as the proverbs 21 women that is always a work in progress.

So some of the goals for this year are.
Once again the milk shed will be on here as well as the wood shed and  corrals.

I would like to build up my daycare.I would like a few more kids and I want to be more of a preschool
Need to do some work on the play area in the back yard. The play area needs some work I would like to be able to put down a ground cover to help control the weeds.
Get a green house, and get it set up.It would be so nice to be able to start all our plants.
Start selling homemade soap.I already have a couple customers lined up.
Would really like to get an outdoor canning kitchen put together.I would love to have an area outside to cook in when it is so hot in the middle of summer.
Bottom of front yard planted.I want to plant some berries and a few other things in this area.
House windows replaced. These windows are so old and when the wind blows you can feel it blowing through the house.
Wonder oven and a solar oven made.Would be nice to be able to use these in the summer to keep the house from getting so hot.
I want to try and practice being more self sufficient. The only things I want to go to the store for are dairy products I would like make everything else from what we have. There have been a few things I have been buying that I should be making.
I am thinking of getting a milk goat.Since it seems we always have calves on my milk cow I will get a milk goat besides it might be a little more doable since it is so much smaller.
There are two areas in the yard that I would like to get cleaned up and planted. There is a small area south of the house that needs to be cleaned up and planted I am not sure what I want to put on there yet. There is also an area in on the side of the storage shed that need to also be cleaned and planted I do think there I want to plant some more mint in tires.
We also want to try and build a shop.Andy has nowhere to work on things when the weather is bad, we have been wanting to build a shop for a while so hoping we can at least get stated on it.

Personal goals
I need to keep up on my bookwork a little better then I do.
Use my household notebook more.I have been using it a lot but there are a few areas that need to be improved on.
Post more on my blog I seem to be able to do pretty good in the winter but in the summer when things get so busy I tend to slack off so I want to be a little better about that.
Learn to play the Mandolin Andy plays the guitar, fiddle and mandolin It would be nice if I could play along sometimes.
Do a little more scrap booking.I have tons of picture just sitting in boxes I need to get them into albums so people can see them and know who and what they are.
I want to try and do some family history on Andy's Moms side.I don't think any one has done any his dads side is done and all my family is done so I would like to do a little of it.
Debt free in two years.I think we could do it it will take a lot of work but it would be so nice.
And the old standered to exercise more.I need to make it more of a priority I am not getting any younger and need to start taking a little better care of myself.

Well here are some of my goals for the year I am sure I will add more as time goes by.
